The UAC is a fictional multi-planetary galactic conglomerate in the Doom universe. Founded in 2015 by the multimillionaire Thomas Kelliher, it began functioning as a facility for radioactive waste. It operates facilities on Mars and it’s two moons, Phobos and Deimos, as well as Earth and Earth’s moon. Union Aerospace Corporation is the largest corporate entity in existence with unlimited government funding and the ability to operate outside legal and moral obligations.

The firm radically changed focus when it began classified military operations on the Phobos and Deimos installations. With Samuel Hayden as Chief of the Mars Unit, the corporation commenced a wide range of projects, including teleportation between dimensions — eventually discovering the existence of Hell. With this breakthrough, and the help of the government and other private institutions, began to explore the limits of its discovery, analyzing demonic creatures through its scientific department, Delta Labs.

Abuse of the experiments by corrupted employees, such as Olivia Pierce, lead to chaos in the UAC compounds — beginning with the downfall of the conglomerate and the dominance of demons over the facilities.
