All orders over USD$75 on FictionalCorporations.com come with FREE SHIPPING. Orders are usually shipped 5-7 days after order processing, at which point you will be e-mailed a Tracking Code to track your package. Depending on your country, delivery can take 10-25 days to arrive at your door. We ship through USPS, UPS, DHL and smaller courier companies depending on your country and city.
If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was processed, you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.
Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped (and therefore arrive) separately. So don’t stress if you’ve only received one item! It may take another couple of days before the rest arrive. Don’t forget to Track Your Package (see below) or Contact Us if you have any issues.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Products that arrive damaged, in poor condition, or with misprints are eligible for returns. Please take a photo of the issue, so we can make an informed decision, and forward it to us via our Contact Us page and we’ll reach out directly.
