Shipping and Tracking Information


All orders over USD$75 on come with FREE SHIPPING.  Orders are usually shipped 5-7 days after order processing, at which point you will be e-mailed a Tracking Code to track your package.  Depending on your country, delivery can take 10-25 days to arrive at your door.  We ship through USPS, UPS, DHL and smaller courier companies depending on your country and city.

If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was processed, you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge.

Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped (and therefore arrive) separately.  So don’t stress if you’ve only received one item!  It may take another couple of days before the rest arrive.  Don’t forget to Track Your Package (see below) or Contact Us if you have any issues.


Products that arrive damaged, in poor condition, or with misprints are eligible for returns.  Please take a photo of the issue, so we can make an informed decision, and forward it to us via our Contact Us page and we’ll reach out directly.  You can read more of the fine print on the Returns & Exchanges page.

If for some reason you are sent the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible!  We promise to make it right — you may return it to us, and we’ll send you a replacement immediately, or if you wish, we will refund your money.  Get in touch with us via our Contact Us page.


Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.  You can click on the link in the e-mail, or alternatively, paste your Tracking Code into one of the websites below. — Track packages via any Courier Company. — DHL tracking system — EMS Global tracking system
