Shipping Information

Orders over USD $70 qualify for free standard shipping.

Most products are made to order, so there is usually a production period before shipping. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days depending on the product type and fulfilment location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local courier performance, and the product ordered. Most orders arrive within roughly 5–25 business days after dispatch, although delays can occasionally occur.

We ship using carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, EMS, and regional courier partners depending on your location.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

This is normal and usually happens because different products are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.

If only part of your order has arrived, there’s a good chance the remaining items are still in transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information.

You can use the tracking link provided in the email, or paste your tracking number into one of the services below:

Delayed or Missing Orders

International shipping occasionally experiences delays due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather events, or local delivery disruptions.

If your order has not arrived after an unusually long period, please contact us via the Contact Us page and include your order number where possible.

If an order appears genuinely lost in transit, we’ll work with you to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly misprinted, please contact us with photos of the issue and we’ll investigate further.

If the wrong item was sent, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll help make it right.
