Most products sold on FictionalCorporations.com are made to order specifically for you after purchase. Because of that, we generally cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect sizes ordered.

That said, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or clearly not right, contact us and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Damaged, Misprinted or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a major print issue, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Wrong Item or Missing Items

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, especially if different products are fulfilled by different production partners or shipped from different locations.

If part of your order is missing, there’s a good chance another package is still in transit. Please check your tracking information first, then contact us if something still appears to be missing.

If we shipped the wrong item, send us a photo showing what was received and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Sizes

Please check the sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Because most products are printed and manufactured on demand, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us first.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

Claim Time Limits

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery where possible.

This helps us investigate issues while shipping and tracking information is still available.

We’re a small independent business run by actual humans, not one of the evil megacorporations printed on the products.

If something genuinely went wrong with your order, get in touch and explain the situation. We’ll always try to be reasonable.
