Returns and Exchanges Refunds and Exchanges Policy cannot offer refunds or returns on items unless they are damaged, flawed, undelivered, or missing. If you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item, unfortunately this does not qualify for refund or replacement. Each item is created "on demand", which means it's created just for you -- brand new, using new materials, before being shipped directly to you from our fulfillment center. As such, returns are likely to be disposed of, and we'd much prefer you kept the item rather than it going to waste.


If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print or misprint, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area. FictionalCorporations will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost. FictionalCorporations is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.


Sometimes, especially when multiple different items are ordered, the products will be sent in separate packages (and even from different countries). If you've not received some of your ordered items, they may still be in transit — check our Shipping and Tracking page for order updates, or please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page, and we'll update you on the status.

If we ship the wrong product to your customer, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.


Please order carefully, as we do not offer replacements or refunds on orders placed with incorrect sizes.

LOST ORDER – INCORRECT ADDRESS will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to an incorrect Shipping Address. Please carefully check your address is correct before placing your order! Pro tip: Use Google to search for your own address. If it doesn't come up 100% correctly the first time, make sure you put your address in exactly as Google suggests.


Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Refund and exchange claims can only be considered within 30 days of delivery.
