How long is production? How long is shipping?
Most products are made to order, so production time is separate from shipping time.
Front-print T-shirts and caps:
- Production time: usually 3–5 business days
- Express shipping: usually 1–3 business days for the United States, Canada and most of Europe
- Standard shipping: usually 4–12 business days for Australia, New Zealand and other destinations
All-over print T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and sweatpants:
- Production time: usually 3–5 business days
- Express shipping: usually 7–14 business days for most countries

Production & Materials
Where are your products made?
Production varies depending on the product type and fulfilment partner. Some items are printed in the United States or Europe, while some all-over print products may be produced through international fulfilment partners.
All packages are shipped with tracking once dispatched. Please check your email or SMS messages for tracking updates, or visit our Shipping and Tracking page.
What materials are your products made from?
Front-print Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex jersey tees:
100% combed and ring-spun cotton. Heather blend shirts are usually 52% combed and ring-spun cotton and 48% polyester.
All-over print T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies:
Usually 98% polyester and 2% spandex.
Sweatpants:
Usually 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or has not arrived after an unusually long time, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for full details.
Because most items are made to order, we generally cannot exchange items if the wrong size was ordered. Please check the size charts carefully before ordering.
