🪐 One Emblem, Many Factions
The OPA is not a single organisation with one leader or headquarters. It grows from Belter labour groups, political organisers and armed factions spread across the Belt and outer planets.
Anderson Dawes leads his faction from Ceres, while Fred Johnson operates from Tycho Station. Their methods and priorities differ, but both work beneath the broad OPA identity represented by the split-circle mark.
