Smaller in size than Earth’s United Nations Navy, but more technologically advanced, it is divided into two fleets: the Home Fleet, stationed at Mars — and the Jupiter Fleet, stationed at Jupiter and it’s moon, Ganymede.

The Martian Congressional Republic is the governing body that rules over the nine billion inhabitants of Mars, and is part of an ongoing cold war between Mars and the United Nations, which controls Earth and it’s moon.
