In an hour-long episode called ‘The Cadillac’, Kramer and the cable guy enter into a passive-aggressive relationship where they avoid each other on purpose. Eventually cable guy concedes defeat, and apologizes to Kramer on behalf of the poor behaviour of cable guys everywhere.
