Description
The Federal Colonies are the fictional interplanetary corporation that controls immigration to Mars. They are comprised of a security/military and customs division, and the Federal Colonies logo is seen (with two color variants) on the uniforms and weapons of both divisions.
Federal Colonies also operates and governs mining facilities and their supporting domed habitats on the planet. The colony was constructed by Earth’s Northern Bloc for the purpose of extracting turbinium ore from Mars.
Federal Colonies also collects revenues from Mars tourism, and the controlled production, distribution and sale of breathable air supply required by the colony’s inhabitants.
