ActRaiser is a unique action-adventure game developed by Quintet and published by Enix (now known as Square Enix). It was released in 1990 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and became a cult classic.

The game combines two distinct gameplay styles: side-scrolling action sequences and simulation-based city-building elements. Players take on the role of “The Master,” a divine entity tasked with restoring peace and balance to the world.
