The Weyland Corporation, often shortened to Weyland Corp and sometimes referred to as simply “The Company”, is a British multinational corporation from the Alien and Prometheus universe. It specializes in advanced technology such as holographics, off-world colonization, Faster-Than-Light travel, and others which are consolidated into seven verticals: health, transportation, energy, electronics, terraforming, security, and cybernetics.

Weyland Corporation was founded by Sir Peter Weyland. Eventually Weyland Corp acquired the Yutani Corporation in a hostile takeover and formed the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.
