Atlas Corporation is a private military firm from the Call of Duty universe. Their primary intent was to rebuild human civilization, but ended up launching war on the United States. Founded in 2035 by Jonathan Irons, it was introduced in 2014 by the video game Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Originally established in Colorado Springs, thefirm initiated its rise to power by acquiring one of the most advanced research and engineering compounds, and rose to its peak in 2047 with the development of several innovative creations such as the Exoskeletons, 3D printed arms and high-tech ammo. After its great success, the corporation settled as the the main contractor and agency to act in armed conflicts, being the first option to most private agencies and governments in the world — and having the biggest weapon contract ever made with the United States government.

By 2050, Atlas Corporation was known as the largest military corporation on the planet — and the first private institution to be admitted into the United Nations Security Council. Nowadays, due to its enormous capacity and vast resources, the firm still maneuvers freely everywhere on Earth.
